Writing with chocolate

Happy birthday
 This is one of my first confident attempts at writing with chocolate on a plate for the restaurant. It's acceptable but I know to practice to perfection!

 
It only took 2 months but practice is paying off! Although I know I can always improve. There is just so much to learn about the piping bag, controlling the temperature of chocolate and even the style of holding the bag. I recently found some inspiration!
