The build up to Spring!

Spring is just around the corner and now is a great time to start sowing. Getting a head start is always on the agenda and it seems I always purchase more seeds than I intend on growing and would love to have more space!

Writing with chocolate

Happy birthday

 This is one of my first confident attempts at writing with chocolate on a plate for the restaurant. It's acceptable but I know to practice to perfection!

 

It only took 2 months but practice is paying off! Although I know I can always improve. There is just so much to learn about the piping bag, controlling the temperature of chocolate and even the style of holding the bag. I recently found some inspiration!
